Environmental Review

MARTA’s Five Points Station Transformation required environmental review under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) because it is the recipient of federal dollars. 

Public feedback is a key component of the NEPA process. The Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Five Points Transformation project is below. The comment period for the EA concluded on January 5, 2024.

The U.S. Department of Transportation issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on March 22, 2024. The FONSI can be viewed here and as an embedded PDF below.
